"MARCELLE LEE: Okay, moving right along, opening the feet up wider than the hips. Now on this particular pose, you want to get a little bit wider stance. See we've got feet are about three feet apart, okay. Same thing, very important, tuck the hips under, squeeze abs and buttocks, shoulders go way up, they go way back, they go down back, opening arms up, turn one foot out. Alright now, look at your front fingers, move the rib cage and bend that knee and breathe. Coming back up, drop the arms, turning this foot in, shoulders up, back and down back, opening the arms up to the other side, turning the foot out, hips face front, reach the rib cage and bending the front knee. Coming back up, dropping the arms, shoulders up, back, down back. Let's shake the feet out just a little bit before we move on to the next pose."
