"MARCELLE LEE: Now, for the [SOUNDS LIKE] first part, okay? When you walk, you can always be strengthening your abdominals, your buttocks, and your lower back all at the same time. And I'm going to show how to do that. Do any of you take hikes? Or take walks? Okay, this is wonderful. You'll absolutely love it. So, watch and I will show you what this feels and looks like. Okay, I'm going to start. Once again, full posture, tuck hips under, squeeze abs, squeeze buttocks, do shoulders up, back and down. Now, watch this. I'm going to do it slow motion. Now, as I step one foot forward, I'm going to squeeze that buttocks. I'm going to step another foot and squeeze. And another and squeeze, and another and squeeze, okay. Let me show you what that looks like in a little faster pace. Now, I don't know if you saw the squeeze at that fast pace, but do you have any idea of it? Next time you're going to take a nice walk, or a hike, okay, nice deep breaths, good posture, good alignment, and walki and use these muscles. "
