Video Transcript

"MARCEL LEE: Starting from a standing position. You want to stand with your feet directly underneath your hips. So, therefore, I don't think this is correct 'cause my hips are out here. So what I want to do is open my feet up, there we go. That feels a little bit more balanced. Okay. Next part is standing up tall and straight. So I want you to get your feet under your hips and I want you to move a little bit forward on your toes. Now that totally does not feel right. I'm sure you feel off-balance, okay? Come back to the center. Close your eyes. Feel your center. Okay, good. And now, move back a little bit, okay? So that's not quite right, you're off your center. So feeling your center, feel it underneath the hips. Close your eyes. And you want to feel balanced, nice and strong like the roots of a tree moving into the ground."
