"Hello my name is Scott Saller, Yoga instructor and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to demonstrate the Fish Pose. First, lie flat on you back. With your knees bent, lift your seat and place the palms down with buttocks on top of the hands. The elbows are at the sides of the waist and the legs extend. When the navel comes in, keep it slightly inward. On the inhale, elbows go down, the chest floats, the chin lifts and the crown rests softly on the ground. The weight is in the elbows. Keep the navel in, so that you breathe up into the chest. Stretching from the base of the throat, up and out through the chin. Once you are strong in the elbows, you can start to relax your hips. To release the pose, elbows go down. Inhale, chin up. Exhale, bringing the hands from under the buttocks and release."
