"Hello my name is Scott Soller, Yoga Instructor. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. In this exercise, we are going to do the bow, forehead to ground; similar benefits as before. We reach one hand back to the ankle, if possible, a little bit higher. The left hand comes up on the opposite leg. Knees can be wide to begin with. On the inhale, the chest and head float with the legs. And breathe. The breath may quicken here. The legs are wide. Eventually bring the inner thighs more together. Eventually looking up, if the neck allows. And then exhaling and release and head to the other side."
