Downward dog, exhale drop the knees, nose, cobra, toes under, down dog. Head up inhale, exhaling left foot forward, drop the heel down. We inhale come up turn the waist. Coming into warrior two. Left arm up, side bending. And we bring the arm shoulder high, elbow comes down. Inhaling the arm over, counter stretch the right waist and look up. And we'll down ward dog, either stay here or rest, inhaling knees down, exhale rest."
