"Hello my name is Scott Soller, Yoga Instructor, I am here on behalf of Expert Village. And now we're going to do round number three. Either from the down dog if you are there. Otherwise press into down dog, bend the knees push in the hands, lift the tail, squeeze the heels. You can inhale roll the inner arms in, exhale the outer thighs in. Head up inhale, exhale right foot forward. I am going to combine three poses here. Left toes to left. Inhale up and then turn the waist into warrior two right knee with heel. Right hand floats up, and we side bend. And then arm shoulder high to the extended lateral angle. Counter stretch the left way. We inhale the arm up gaze down, exhaling runner's lunge. Downward dog, exhale drop the knees, nose, cobra, toes under, down dog. Head up inhale, exhaling left foot forward, drop the heel down. We inhale come up turn the waist. Coming into warrior two. Left arm up, side bending. And we bring the arm shoulder high, elbow comes down. Inhaling the arm over, counter stretch the right waist and look up. And we'll down ward dog, either stay here or rest, inhaling knees down, exhale rest."
