Video Transcript

"My name is Scott Seller, yoga instructor, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next series we are going to do is from the down dog unless you are already there. Take a couple or three breaths. Remember you want to bend the knees and push into your hands, shifting the weight back to the hips and then gently squeeze the heels. Another way to get the right foot forward is to inhale on the fingertips and exhale the right foot forward. This is the warrior one. Inhaling we come up. We are going to combine a couple poses here. The hips are squared and I'm going to float the hands down. This is the asymmetrical pose, inhale, float the chest exhale, and you may need to hop forward. Turn the fingers back, run the shoulders and then exhaling downward dog, inhale, exhale, inhale cobra, toes under downward dog. Inhale and exhale with left foot forward. Drop the heel down, inhale and come up, exhale, warrior one. Okay interlacing fingers, floating the chest, exhaling, a symmetrical pyramid. Squeeze the inner thighs together. Broadening the shoulders and fall to the ground. Just exhale down, now you can stay here or you can rest. Inhale knees down, exhale and rest."
