"Hello my name is Scott Soller. I'm a yoga instructor. And I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Next pose is the half moon. We turn left toes left; right hand is on right thigh. We step the right foot toward the right heel. Left hand comes out front, as you exhale. Take the fingers to the left. You float onto the left leg, inhale. Exhaling, straighten the left leg. Inhale, right leg up a little higher. As you exhale, float the right arm to the sky. Spread the fingers wide. To release, we bend the knee, put the foot down. Inhale and we come up. Left toes in. Right toes to the right. And left toes, the foot steps towards the right heel. Bending the front knee, exhale, the right fingers down in front and to the right of the right toes. We inhale onto right foot, exhale straighten right leg. Inhale, the back leg up a little higher. Exhaling, float the left arm to the sky. Spreading the left fingers wide, work the right palm down. To release the pose, we bent the front knee, exhale. Inhale up. Exhale toes in."
