"Hello, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Now the standing poses. This is called the revolving or twisting triangle. Left toes left. As you exhale, hop and turn the right toes in. Hips are squared. You bend the front knee, lift the tail. You can take your back, left hand to the tail. You're going to reach, exhale, place the hand under chest. You can also take the hand on top of the foot or beyond for more challenge. You want to lengthen on the inhale from the tail through the crown. On the exhale, gently straighten leg. Squeeze the inner thighs together. Keeping length on your spine, exhale the arm to sky and look up. And let's take the left arm down. Press the foot, exhale to come up. Left toe is in. So, now, right toe is right, exhale, left toe is to the right. The right hand on the tail, bending the front knee, lift the tail and elongate from tail to crown. Inhaling, reach left. Exhaling fingers under chest. Left hand to the top of right foot, or beyond the toes for more challenge. Lengthen on the inhale, exhale the right leg straight. Keep the left arm going down and then float the right arm to the sky. Fingers of the right hand wide. You want to squeeze inner thighs together. Keep bringing the right hip back, left hip forward. Eventually turn the chin and look up. Exhale, press the right foot down and come up. Then the right toes turn in. Hands to hips."
