"Hello, my name is Scott Salder. I am here on behalf of Expert Village. Some more standing poses which we will tie together into the flow series afterwards. Left toe is left, hips square We take the arms up floating the chest bend the left knee, rest the elbow down inhale the arm over into the side of the head. Lift the shoulder blade tuck it down in the back. From the outside of right foot reach into your finger tips here. You want to reground the feet and tuck the right tail under. Inhaling left elbow down. Exhale look up. Only touch the fingers down if you are ready for that. We will take the arm up, exhale the arm straight. Now for the other side we float up, left toes in. Inhale the right toes, right. Exhale and square the hips. We will take the arms up and come into the warrior two and then the elbow down. Now this is the extended lateral angle pose. Inhale the arm over. Inhale reach up exhale tuck the shoulder blade down in the back. When your naval comes in you left tail bone comes under. From the outside of left foot remember to reach. Inhaling the right elbow goes down. Exhaling and turn and look with an exhale drop the fingers if you are ready. Then we take the arm up and look down here, exhale straighten just as a transition to get us back up to standing. Hands to abs."
