"Hello, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Now for the main body of the Power Flow series. First, starting in the Down Dog, this is the template for what we're going to use as transitional moves from one leg to the next. Starting in Down Dog, feet hip width apart, hand shoulder width apart, about one or two or maybe three breaths. The easy version is to drop the knees, inhale. We'll start with the right foot, exhale it forward. We start with a low lunge, tuck the shoulder blades down the back, looking up, float the chest and then reach back into the back heel. Runners Lunge, and then we exhale, Downward Dog, here's the transition, inhale here, exhale, drop the knees out, flowing forward, inhaling, toes turn, exhaling, Downward Dog. And then we go right to the other side, inhale, knees down, exhale, the left foot forward, low lunge, reach forward into the left knee, tuck the tail under, you also point the back toes, do also Runners Lunge, reach back into the heal. So take the liberty to do what your body needs, and then at the end we exhale, Downward Dog, you can either stay here for the next phase of the series or you can inhale down, exhale, relax, arms out front, or to side of hips. Now to continue with the series you want to make sure you're evoking relaxation with your effort, that's one reason why you might need to rest in Child's Pose so you get a sense of effortless ease."
