"Hello my name is Scott Soller, Yoga Instructor. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Second warm up, kneeling sun silt salutation, the power flow series. Naval in, lower back comes in as you root the sit belts down. palms out to remove it. Inhaling we hook the thumbs, keeping the naval in protects your back and exhaling into wisdom pose. Coming forward kneeling like dog, shoulders back, toes under exhaling, downward dog. Stay here for the inhale, exhaling dropping knees, nose. Chalaranga into cobra, exhaling wisdom pose, second time. Tail curls under draw the abdominals in for your second kneeling back bend, exhaling, onto remover. So there's eight moves. Hooking the thumbs, inhaling up. Exhaling, wisdom pose. Inhale, coming forward, kneeling like dog. toes curl under, exhaling downward dog. Stay here for the inhale, we drop into Chalaranga. Flows right into Cobra. Six, breast back, second wisdom pose. Number seven, tail curls under exhaling. Attention position."
