"Hi, my name is Cindy Mastry with Yoga Etc. Studio on behalf of Expert Village. This is April and she's going to help me demonstrate Pasasana or the noose pose. She's standing nice and tall in her Tadasana mountain pose rooting her foot down into the ground and reaching up through the crown of her head. She's going to come forward into a forward fold and then she's going to bend her knees and drop her hips down and come into a squat position. Good. She's going to lengthen out through her left arm and the whole left side of the body as she rotates and brings her left arm to the outside of the right thigh. She's going to take her elbow and bend it around both legs and extend her opposite arm around up and over behind her back and bind her hands together. She's going to inhale and lengthen and exhale open up through her chest and shoulders. Beautiful, very nice. And then she slowly going to release to come out of it back the same way that she came into it. Placing her hands down, extending her tail bone up to the sky and then coming back up to her mountain pose standing nice and tall and just allowing her body to feel the effects of the pose. Thank you very much April and that was Pasasana noose pose."
