"Hi, my name is Cindy Mastry with Yoga Etc. Studio on behalf of Expert Village. Faith here is going to help us demonstrate the hand to toe balance. She's going to start out in a mountain pose extremely tall lengthening, ruding down into the ground and reaching up to the crown of the head. She's going to take her left hand to her waist and she's going to take her right first two fingers and reach down and grab onto her big toe, engage her core. Inhale in and lift all the way up and she exhales pulling her belly button in. Now, notice that you want to make sure that your shoulders stay back and your hips stay square to keep that balance. Good, she's going to really engage her core and extend her arm out to the side as she come in to her hand to toe balance. If she'd like to make it a little more challenging she can take her eye gage or drestrie over her left middle finger. Beautiful, good and then she's going to bring her leg back to the front. Good and release and slowly lower down back to her mountain pose, beautiful. That's hand to toe balance."
