"Hi, my name is Cindy Mastry with Yoga Etc. Studio on behalf of Expert Village. This is April and she's going to help me demonstrate today the extended side angle with a bind. So April's going to start with her feet spread wide in a star pose and she's going to turn her left toes to the side and her right heel back and then she's going to bend her left knee and come into warrior two pose. Notice her shoulder girdle is over her hip girdle and her destrie or point of concentration is looking up at her middle finger. She's then going to lengthen up on the inhale and lengthen through the side of the waist as she reaches over to the side and comes into extended side angle stretch. To take this to a bind she's going to take her arm and reach it around her back, the other arm is going to come through and bind behind. Notice how she rolls her shoulder open to open through her chest and open through her heart and lengthen all the way from that heel so that energetic body is lengthening all up through the crown of her head. Beautiful and whenever you're ready, coming back out of it; great. That's side angle stretch with a bind."
