"Hi, my name is Cindy Mastry with Yoga Etc. Studio on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we're going to demonstrate a warrior one with a yoga mudra. So this is Faith and she's going to help me out. She's going to start in a wide legged position in a star pose and she's going to turn her left toes to the side and press her right heel back. She's going to inhale in and take her arms up over her head and turn so that her hips are squared at the front of the room. You want to notice that her heel presses back down into the ground and she's going to lift through her chest and open to her heart. Bringing her heart towards the world. So then we're going to take our hands back, interlace the fingers and come into a chested stance. So she's going to roll her shoulders back and squeeze them together, she's going to inhale and lengthen up and then she's going to use that length to come forward and drop her head down towards her ankle and extend her arms forward. Good, beautiful! Then she can come up whenever she's ready and come back to warrior one and back to our beginning position. That's warrior one with a yoga mudra."
