"Hi my name is Cindy Mastry with Yoga etc Studio on behalf of Expert Village. This is Faith and Faith is going to help me today with demonstrating dancing dog. Faith is going to start in mountain pose, she is going to inhale and reach her arms up to extended mountain pose and she is just going to fall forward on her exhale. She is going to walk her hands forward into down dog and on the exhale she presses back so it is just like she is in a down V. She is going to place all of here weight in her left foot and extend her right leg up to the sky. Continuing to bend the knee as she opens her hip and she is going to open it so far that it is going to come all the way down and her toes are just going to touch the ground and she is going to open her hand up coming into ........... a energy seal. Good and then she is going to bring here hand back, extend her leg back up to the sky and then bend the knee into the chest, and then bring the leg through to the other side lifting her left arm and coming into that back and extending long through her fingers. Good and then she is going to bring here hand down, bring her leg through, back to her three legged dog and lower the foot back to down dog. The ancient yogas use to watch animals do different poses and that is why so many of the names of the yoga poses are animals names cause that is where the poses where drive from. Beautiful Faith thanks so much and that is dancing dog. "
