"Now I am going to talk about the label section of the form 1040A. Most people will get a label from the IRS that has their names, address and city or state. If you find anything incorrect on this, you can make a correction on the label for your address or city and the next thing you need to do is fill out your social security numbers and for security reasons, those are included on your label. Then if you want three dollars to go to the presidential election campaign, you can check those boxes. If for any reason you don't have a label, you can complete the information by hand. "
