"Alright, also there's a video blog book that was out that we did a couple years ago. I'm a contributing author in it. Great, alright, also with equipment you want to use a monopod. Now a monopod basically is just one leg and you can connect this it opens up. And then what we would do is put the small camera or a larger camera if you want, but you can even use the cheap $200 camera. Put it on the end and hold it out in front of you, facing you kinda like that camera is right now, so while you are walking it's extended in front of you kinda like an extra arm. And this way you can use the tripod like that to shoot you. If you don't like shooting yourself, well then you shoot other subjects, but this is just an inexpensive monopod that you can get out or go out and take out anytime to use when you're shooting your video blog."
