"All right everybody, so let’s talk about a basic cups and balls routine. Now, I have three little red balls here, and we have one, two, three cups. Now I’m going to take the three cups, lay them out in a row like this. We’ll take one ball, lay it on top of the center cup and we’ll cover it up with the other two. With a little snap of the fingers it penetrates through to the bottom. We’ll try it once again; we’ll cover up that ball, then put another ball on top. This time we’ll only use one cup, and it’ll penetrate right through. Now, one last time, we’re gonna cover up the last cup. This time we’ll not going to, the two balls, this time we’re not going to use a cup at all. We’re gonna take the last ball and stick it in my pocket over here. With a snap it jumps underneath to join its friends. That’s a performance of a basic cups and balls routine. And in a minute I’m going to show you how to do that. "
