"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the hip hop dance conservatory. These are our dancers, we are based here in New York City and we are going to show you how to lock. So what you want to do is make sure that the choreography that you are pulling together, just remember relax through it. As I said before, you want to pay attention to each movement and remember those joint isolations. Remember the only objective within locking is to have the joint isolation and to make it nice, lay back, have fun with it. Again here is the next 4 counts. So you have 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. Again 1 and 2 and 3 and 4, 5,6,5,6,7,8. 1 and 2 and 3 and 4,5,6,7,8, 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. 5,6,7,8, 1 and 2 and 3 and 4, 5,6,7,8,1 and 2 and 3 and 4. "
