"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the hip hop dance conservatory. These are our dancers, we are based here in New York City and we are going to show you how to lock. So one thing that we did not mention in earlier is the fact that locking is from the west coast. So that is why we have all this funk music and things like that. Cause while disco was happening here in the east coast, it was funk that we happening on the west coast. In the west coast that is how the whole style originated and that is why it is so laid back cause. Of course, you know everybody in the west coast are lay back. So here is what we are going to do, we are going to what is call the pimp walk. The pimp walk is pretty simple. It is like very again one of those leans you have to get your lean on. It is just a, so we are going to demonstrate it and show you what that looks like. 5,6,7,5,6,7,8."
