"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the hip hop dance conservatory. These are our dancers, we are based here in New York City and we are going to show you how to lock. Now what they are doing is taking the movement and starting to mix them all together now. So we had our single lock, we had our double lock, and then we had our throw back into a single lock or a throw back into a double lock. The next thing that is coming up are wrist rolls and wrist rolls are just kind of is come of a dance form called the Boogaloo and that is it starts to get intertwine into locking when he meet up with people like Fred Berry. So it is very simple you are going to becoming your wrist roll comes up, comes back down. Make sure you are rolling the wrist up to the head coming back down. So we are going to do single wrist rolls and double wrist rolls and we are going to put that all together with what you just did prior. Take a look."
