"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the hip hop dance conservatory. These are our dancers, we are based here in New York City and we are going to show you how to lock. So that was a single lock. Right now we are going to move into something a tad bit more complicated. We are going to go into the double lock and again remember that your joint isolations are on point, remember you stop at the position you release and then you are going to start it over again. Also in the knees, we make sure that you come low to the knees just come low into the knees. We would see the demonstration of the double lock. "
