"You can visit my website at www.lesliesack.com. We are doing the Salsa back basic now. We use this is lots of different directions. This is one of the fundamentals and we are going to do a couple of different ways and we could do it with or without tap and we are going to be walking back on one foot and then back on the other. So it goes like this. You always want to take a little tiny step. Just keep it really tight right underneath you so your hips turn just a little bit and you are rocking step step side, step step side, rock step side. So if I face this way it is quick, quick slow, one foot goes back and the other foot. So you are going to make sure you change your weight and then go side to you get your six step and get your whole thing. So come for a girl quick, quick slow, quick quick slow. And the follower starts on the right foot always. If I'm a leader, I will go back on my left foot first; quick quick slow, quick quick slow or 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. We are going to add a tap. 1, 2, 3 tap , this is another way to do it. Just a little bit harder; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, side side so your body is moving side to side and your feet are rocking back. You can lower your heel. If you lower your heel back, we are going to get that Latin look. Just what we want. Stretch the back leg like you are doing a calf stretch and then you look very authentic which is what we want in Salsa."
