"DREW NOAH: So, the first thing I want to do is to kinda give you just an overview of the interface and this is probably especially according--if you've never used iTunes before. So, first off, just up here on the top left, we have our play, forward and back buttons as well as the volume control. Of course, the volume will also be controlled by the volume control on your computer. And then here in this left box right here is kinda where we navigate to different things and we've got our library which includes our music and this is all our music that we have on our computer; our movies, TV shows and podcasts and there's also radio right here. And then below that is the store section where you'll see the iTunes store is located as well as purchased and this is where all the items that you've bought from the iTunes store all go into this playlist, so you can see them right here. And then down below here is where your playlists are. And just some of the default playlists that iTunes brings is this party shuffle which I'll show you how to use. And then here are all the playlists I've created. And then you can see I can actually create folders to organize them and I'll show you how to do that later. And then you can see a playlist with a little gear here. It's a smart playlist and I'll show you how to use those later. And a playlist with just a music note is just a regular playlist. So, this is where you navigate to different parts of your library. For instance, I have all my rock music in one playlist. So, if I want to go straight to that playlist, I'll just click on it and now you see in this window, that's all I see. And this is where everything shows up. This is like your main window after you've navigated to something over here. You can see that it's changing over here. So, just here's what the--just a regular music window looks like. And this little part right here is called the browser and I can use it to quickly browse by genre, artist or album so I can just see all my artists right here and then I can see my albums. And when I click on one, you see how it goes, it just--that's all that's showing up down here. But if I want to go back to all, I'll just go back up here to all and now, I'm in this box, I'm seeing my entire library and I can adjust this, the height of this if I want. I can also do the same thing over here. Then up here, you see is--song title and band name as well as the time and the song and you can actually scrub around up here if you wanted to. More at the top here is your view settings, there's three different view settings right now and I'll show you how to use those later as well as your search box which comes in real handy and I'll talk about that later as well. Down at the bottom, you have a couple more options. This little 'plus' is to add a playlist. You can see that I added an untitled playlist. This right here is 'shuffle'. So, when I turn it on, it's turning on the shuffle or the random feature. This is the 'repeat', that's repeat all and then if you click it again, you get repeat one, click it again, it's off and this turn blue by the way when they're on. And then this last option is just a little--another little box down here. If you're playing a movie, you could put it down here or sometimes the album art. If you have the right album art, it will show up down there. You can see--there it is and I can put that in and out if I want. And then you see down here, you can actually, when I click this, it turns on the browser. When I click it again, you can see it's off. So, that's just a quick way to turn that on and off. And then the eject button and if you had a CD and--that would work. So, that's just a quick overview of the interface and of course, I'll be going into more detail with all the things you can do with iTunes and the iTunes store in the following clips."
