Feng Shui for the Kids' Bedrooms

"Alright I didn’t get a chance to straighten out that much here. That’s okay we want to see the dynamics. This is my daughter’s room, yup okay! I’ll get out of the way take pictures, now what I am seeing in this picture is that you have yellow walls and lots of pink so pink is a representation of fire elements and the yellow is a representation of earth. So I’ll take note of that and you know we can see if that’s good to have in this room or if we need to take out some pink and add you know either water or metal, so I’ll let you know. Very interesting! Also the bed arrangement vs. the cabinets, first of all where do you sleep when you sleep in here do you lay with your head here? Yes… Do you have the door open when you’re sleeping? Yes…That’s usually not recommended just off hand because the energy coming in from the door is constant and when if you’re sleeping with your head in that direct line it’s going to create a restless sleep for you. Oh okay! So we’re going to look into maybe moving the bed around to a better position for you and your daughter. How about I sleep with my head there? Umm it depends because if you sleep with your head there you don’t have a head bar behind you it’s usually recommended to have a head board for support. Oh okay!
