"Hi I'm Monica. This is another stretch for a particular in your neck. It's called your elevator scapulae. It's a muscle that a lot of times people can have getting very tense on them just like their other traps. So, what we are going to do is show you how to stretch each side out. If you want to stretch out the right side of your neck is what you want to do is turn your head about forty-five degrees so basically you are inline with your armpit here. And you are going to look down into your armpit and just let your head relax. So, you should feel it right in here. Again, you can pull your head down gently with your hands and hold on with the chair. The difference between this and the trap stretch is that this is the position is for the elevator the trap stretch you turn your head a little bit more. So, right like this. If you go onto the left hand side again turn your head and look down just like you'd be looking down into your armpit gentle stretch with your head, grabbing on by your hand there thirty to sixty seconds for each direction and right back up."
