"Hi I'm Monica and this is another exercise for the neck this again is another range of motion exercise a great way to loosing up especially if you are feeling stressed out or get more tense throughout the day. So what we are going to do is just very gently drop your head down just like the first one. So this time you are going to roll your head to one side and then to the other. Very gentle. You might feel a little bit of a stretch right in through here as your rolling your head out to the left and then when you roll your head to the right again a little bit of a stretch through right here. Your mainly just doing this for the motion. Right like this. You want to make sure that you do that back as well but when you switch to the back you want to bring your head to the normal mutual posture, drop your head back, and then go from side to side. Again just looking for the motion not really trying to stretch. You want to be careful as your pushing your head back like this if your pushing it back to much you might start to feel a little bit of pinching that is uncomfortable. But you don't have to shove your head all th3e way back just nice and easy. Again if you want to do the front you want to come and bring your head forward. You never want to try to lead your head around from the front and then continue on from the back cause it could be uncomfortable and start pinching some stretcher so to the front and then the back. "

on 12/17/2008 I don't know how many times I have to leave comments, super loud commercials because you the video volume for Monica is very low. You take away from the whole purpose of the stretches.

on 8/2/2008 Monica your videos have been a great help for me. I recently had my neck fused from C3-C7 and was instructed to have therapy. Knowing the therapists in my home town are not that great, I went on the web and found your videos and I thank you for the help that you have given me.
