"Hi my name is Monica and we are going to start off the neck exercises with some gentle range of motion and what I want you to do first is gently drop your head down. Hold it there for a couple of seconds and then bring it back, again hold it for a couple of seconds coming back forward making sure while you are doing this that you are breathing. In and out nice deep breaths, you also want to make sure that you got good posture so nice and upward, your shoulders back, your in this position and your trying to go like this not nearly as effective so you want to make sure nice posture, shoulders back and slowly bending your head forward and then back. Very simple movements, if you want to you can actually kind of hold it for a couple of seconds. You are not trying to get a stretch out of this necessarily you are just going through the movements and warming your neck up. Just back and forth."
