Step1
Two of you are needed to assemble it. Four people to lift it onto the boat. Do NOT plan to do an install and ski right away…take it easy and spend a day so that you can enjoy it!
Step2
Get your buddies lined-up with appropriate beverage, pizza, and a full day. Classical Music to stay calm and focused Keep Your Eye on the Goal: Your Rig is about to get upgraded!
Step3
Do a general walk around of your boat to determine where you want to install the four base mounts. Make sure you can get underneath this location and have enough room underneath to hold a nut with the wrench. Check for cables or wires that you might need to move underneath the boat.
Step4
Layout all pieces. The key to making this easy is to put down a blanket and assemble the tower upside down according to directions. Expand the adjustable crossbar and the adjustable braces to fit the measurements in-between the bases.
Step5
One person with one towel on each leg of the tower. Walk tower from the rear of boat to mounting location. Determine best location for your tower. Practice folding down tower. Remember, there are many options for tower location.
Step6
Drill the holes for 4 the tower bases. Don’t panic- This is Easy! Mark holes with Pencil over masking tape on the fiberglass. Drill small hole with small drill bit, reverse drill large hole by using the supplied bit with the drill in reverse direction until it forms a nice smooth place to drill in. This will keep the fiberglass from cracking. Now you can drill the hole better than a pro! Assemble bases according to directions supplied.
Step7
Measure Twice, drink once! Measure the distance between the bases. You will use these measurements to adjust the dimensions of the tower while it is on the ground.
Step8
Wake-up your buddies, part 2 One person with one towel on each leg of the tower. Walk tower from the rear of boat to mounting location. Mount Tower to tower bases with supplied bolts or pins.
Step9
Cross Bar Magic If your tower does not come with a cross bar, you bought the wrong tower and you can skip this step. Use hands to tighten rear crossbar tower to tighten tower to perfection. You will never have to adjust the cross bar again! You now have the Strongest Tower On Market! Save money by using Cross Bar Built-In Tower Rack (saves $300)
Step10
Storage Quick Tips Wakeboard, Wakeskates, Wakesurfers, Kneeboards, Slalom Skis all fit on overhead board pads. Bindings down, strap front and rear.

Summary; Installation is Easy, but relax and take your time. Dealers love to create fear by telling you that you have to buy their tower or it will void your warranty. WRONG! Do Not listen! They hire people just like you to do the work that you can do better. You just need to make sure the mounting plate underneath the fiberglass is mounted flush to protect your warranty!

on 4/24/2008 is there anyway to install crossbars on a monster tower so that boards can go across them like a storage rack? I was thinking it would be nice to find a way to make racks with pads on them to put skis and maybe a tube that go go across it...any ideas?
thanks
