Step1

Gather supplies.

Step2

Punch paper using the sheet guide found on the left side of the machine. Depending on what you are punching, you will choose a sheet punching setting. For over sized covers, choose "USA over sized." For 8" x 12" choose "Letter."

Step3

Place plastic comb into the machine's teeth with the open end up.

Step4

Pull lever to the appropriate size depending on the diameter of your plastic comb.

Step5

Once the comb is opened, place your cover face down on the plastic comb hooks. Placing everything face down will ensure that your presentation will have the opening of the plastic comb on the back, making it harder to come apart.

Step6

Using the same method, place your presentation and the back cover on the plastic comb hooks.

Step7

Once everything is on the hooks, close the lever, and pick up your finished presentation.
