Step 1
Painted base with ribbon.Paint the 9" Styrofoam base with silver craft paint. Add the #9 ribbon

Step 2
Acrylic heart on rod glued into base.Glue (low temperature) the acrylic heart with the couple's names to the acrylic rod. Insert the end of the rod approximately 1/2" into the base at the center, glue, and allow to dry while ensuring it is vertical.

Step 3
Onion grass added.Add onion grass to taste. Glue (low temperature) to the base at slight angle, and allow to dry.

Step 4
Papers add camouflage.Camouflage the base where you glued the acrylic rod and onion grass with 4” metallic paper poofs (flowers), colors of your choosing. Allow room for the following step.

Step 5
Tea candles in glass holders.Add 2, 3, or 4 glass tea candle holders and tea candles. Glue holder to base with low temperature glue, allow to dry.

Step 6
Lights on, lights off!Turn lights off after your light the candles!
