Keep the bottle in the refigerator for a cool boost to your scalp when applying - feels great in summer especially.
Use only pure natural ingredients NOT synthetic. Synthetic fragrances are often very irritating and sensitizing.
Use only natural shampoos to avoid further irritation of the scalp (ones that don't contain sulphates as foaming agents).

Apply spray (after shaking) to the roots of your hair and scalp. You can apply to the hair as well as a conditioning treatment if you wish or just to the scalp alone. Start with the back of the head where it is most itchy and continue around the whole head. Leave in.
Do this once or twice a day or more if you need to. I carry a small pump spray bottle containing purified water and lavender oil for taming my curly hair or for a refreshing boost on hot days.
