"Hi this is Diana for ExpertVillage.com and I am going to show you how to make a simple one rose corsage. I have a rose where I have cut the stem off so there is about 2 inches left and I have a piece of wire which I am going to stick through the stem, pull out the other side and bend it. Now I am going to choose my greenery, here I have a piece of ivy and I am going to choose another piece of ivy also for the other side and you can choose one to come down the front if you would like. And I am going to take my florist take and combine them all together by winding the tape around, stretching and winding at the same time. This has a little bit longer tail than the boutonniere because I am going to make a pretty curl at the end wrapping all of the way to the end. Now I am going to take my piece of ribbon to wrap around the stem. Hold it around the top of the rose and wrap it around overlapping itself all the way to the bottom of the wire. I wrap it slightly back up again too just to have a nice finished tip and I am going to tie it back onto it self just to secure the ribbon. And you can cut off the excess ribbon and I use a pen or a pencil just to make a curl in the end of the wire. And then you have your corsage pin and you pin that on. "
