"Hi! I'm Kelley Johnson with K. Nicole Redesign for Expert Village. Knowing the areas of opportunity as well as the streets of your home will help us create a customized marketing strategy. Staging is like marketing but with a decorating twist. So after the initial consultation, we come up with a game plan by partnering with the real estate agent and the seller to really maximize those strengths in the home. Kitchens and bathrooms can really sell a home, so we focus a lot of attention in here. In addition to the consultation, we will identify any home improvement project that may need to occur before the house goes on the market. If there is painting that needs to be done or perhaps we need to do some organizing, we take those factors into play in our time line and we work backwards so that we can identify when can we go on the market and when we go on the market, we show very strongly. So the consultation really creates our game plan and our strategy in terms what we need to do to stage the house from exterior as well as the interior. "
