"So I hope we have been able to help you out in the different steps and the different procedures that you have to do to acquire a mortgage, maybe this will help you out if you are looking to refinance or to purchase a house or to even get an equity cash line. I hope that this has made it simpler for you, that the documentation that you needed when you call you will have in front of you and that you can ask the right questions when you are talking to a mortgage loan officer or to a bank loan officer, by the way mortgage loan officers, independent companies do twice as many loans as banks do. When people have a choice they usually choose a mortgage loan officer independently from the banks. And the reason is that we have more companies to choose from, we are not as finite as a bank and singular as a bank, they only have their own products to offer, we have a lot of other products to offer.
