"Hi, this is Jim Dimitry from Allied Mortgage in Lansing, MI, on behalf of expert village. After we acquired all that information we put it into what we called a Kalix in point on the computer. We can downloan all those information to the mortgage company that can hook up with the kalixer point which most of them are now and let you know ahead of time whether or not you qualify or not. It is called pre-qual. So all the information I just acquired with your W-2, with your income docs and all that we put into point over here and we download it and send it out to that you pre qualled a fanny mae loan with a countrywide, with a Washinton Mutual, with the citibank. All these people downloand the information and we will let you know within 24 hours whether or not you qualify for a loan. So, this saves a lots of suspense and other wishful thinking and we let you know we try not to let anybody waiting too long, and in the long run it makes things lot easier. After we get all the stuff into this and get you prequalled, we have to go and have you sign the documents. There are 26 of them wih the State of Michigan/"
