How to Change Privacy Settings on Flickr

"Hey everybody! My name is Matt and I'm speaking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Now I'm going to teach you about some of the privacy settings at Flickr. If you go up to contacts and click contact list, it'll show you your list of contacts. I showed you how to do this earlier. I've got a list of family and a list of friends here. Now if you back to your photos again, you'll see of course your list photos and you'll see a little icon, a green little box with a circle in the middle of it beside each picture. This means that your pictures are set to public, which is the default. This means that anyone can see them. What I want to do is set this picture here to private. Just go ahead and click on that little icon. It'll say who can see this photo here. You can obviously set it to only you as it says here. You can set your friends or your family can view it. Like I just showed you, I had my contact list separated into friends and family. I'm going to say only my family can see it. If you click on show all privacy settings, it'll give you even more options. You can set that only you or only your friends can comment on it. You can do the same thing with adding notes and tags to it. I'm going to say only I can add notes and tags. When you're satisfied with this, just go down to the bottom and click save. As you can see the green little icon is now yellow, which means that the photo is only for family."
