"Hi! This is Brenda, and today we are having a lot of fun with the game called the crab game. Now for this game, if you have a large group of people then you should have everybody get into pairs; and for this I am using John for this exercise, and what you do, you get two people and you let them sit down on the floor back to back, like we are going to do and they lock their arms together at the elbows; and the object of this game is to try to get up as best as you can. Do not use your hands on the floor, but just push against each other and try to get up. It is not as easy as it looks, as we are going to try to do now. Like I say it is not easy… that is why you call it the crab game, because it looks like a crab; and if you cannot do it that is okay too, because it is just lots of fun. Now if somebody is having shoulder problems, this is definitely not a game that they should try to do, because you could accidentally dislocate a shoulder; but it is lots of fun, and as you look around the room you see different couples, and they all trying to get up at the same time; and the winner should get a little prize because it does take some effort to do this."
