"Hi! This is Brenda, and today we are working on our icebreaker games. Now for this game, if you have about 10 or more people it seems to work better. You just divide everybody up into two pairs and send each off into a kind of a semiprivate area, so that they could talk and the two people would get to know one another by asking questions. One person would be like the host and one would be the guest, and they would ask two interesting questions of the other; and they would just sit there and chat for a while and learn about each other; and then everyone would come back into the circle all together, and then we would all begin to tell each other what we have learned about the person that we just interviewed. Say for instance, the person that I interviewed who is sitting here with me, I would say, “Well, Jo here, for instance, likes to go fishing, and he works for IBM,” and then he in turn would talk about me and tell two interesting facts about me; and you just go around the room and everyone would tell what they had learned about the person they have just interviewed."
