"Hello, my name is Cindy Glover and on behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm going to show you how to decorate your piñata using wrapping paper. Cut your wrapping paper into strips any shape that you want and use a variety of pattern and colors. Take your glue and apply it to the balloon and start applying your pieces of wrapping paper. They don't have to lay smoothly because you’re giving just a variety of color and shape and then this one I’ve decided to make into the shape of a Christmas ornament. I also add some tissue paper that is festive to the season."
