"Hello, my name is Cindy Glover and on behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm going to show you how to decorate your piñata using temper paint. This is a dinosaur egg and I have applied one coat of green, orange, yellow and red. It has bled through so that tells me I need to give it a second coat and I'm just going to mix the colors, covering up any news print but it can be unevenly painted since it is a dinosaur egg and then I'm going to put some orange on top of that mixing it in. This also helps the balloon by giving it more of a hard shell, so after you have painted a covered your balloon allow it to dry for at lease one day, if it needs a third coat apply it then. "
