"Hello, my name is Cindy Glover and on behalf of expertvillage.com, I'm going to show you how to decorate a candy corn piñata using tissue paper or crate paper. I've already started the first two layers using crate paper, cutting it in strips of about five inches and this one already has a second layer. The top white layer I'm using tissue paper applying glue, not to much since your tissue paper is thin but making sure that all the edges are getting glued and because of the decoration you don't have to make sure that all the sides are smooth, it adds to the beauty of the piñata. So just continue covering your newspaper and allowing this to dry overnight is best or if it happens to be a windy day you can open the windows and let it dry more quickly. So just continue that until you’ve covered your piñata and it’s then ready to fill. "
