"Hi, my name is Shelby on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to potty train today. In this segment I'm going to talk about when accidents occur. It's really important when they do happen, not to make your child feel bad for it. Always give them positive encouragement, never negative. Because then they're going to feel bad and they're not going to want to use underwear, they're going to want to go straight to a diaper again. So, if they do have an accident it's important; maybe let them sit in a for a couple of minutes, let them feel the uncomfortable sensation. If they go to the restroom if they go pee, if they go poop, let them sit in it and feel the uncomfortableness so next time they go they'll say, "oh I don't like this feeling, I'm going to use the potty this time." And eventually they will pick up the fact that it doesn't feel good to go in your clothes and they will use the restroom."
