Resizing Video on a Website

"You can see the file image and the immediate file is softly large so we want to be able to shrink this down enough for everything is still lined up with the banner. You still want to have that lined up so we really have to bring it down some. So lets see where we are at, we still have to bring it down some more, keep everything lined up, move this over, we still have to come down some more. Just something that we are putting there just to give it more a preference. As you can see we shrunk it down more enough so everything lines up pretty well. What I want to test if I can I want to test the image. It is coming on, looking really great, it looks good."
