How to Add Video to Your Website

"We are in part 2 to adding a video for how to make your own website so again starting back we are in here selecting our file. We are in the server side of where our images are at we need to click in to our folder. Now we are looking for our video file. Since we said we are putting a shopper file we are looking for a swift file with the extension swf and we found it right here. We hit okay. We are going to put a title we are going to put in KK contour video. We just added that in here but now there would be a slight problem because the size is a little bit big so we would have to shrink it down."
