"Hello! My name is Aisha and on behalf of Expert Village, this is using a babysitter. When making co-ops with your friends, the first thing to do is to find a group of friends that are willing and trustworthy with the children of their own of course to do a sharing of babysitting. The first thing you can look for too is carpooling; alternate days, share days of taking the kids to school or to the park, also sharing play dates. Also what you can do is make sure that everyone is agreement with the same thing such as providing snacks, activities or places to go. You can also meet at the park and trade off babysitting. Alternate weekends can be included too. A group of babysitting this weekend for one family and they each trade off with another family the following weekend. That is a good way to have a co-op friendship when it comes to babysitting. My name is Aisha and thanks for watching."
