Get Out of a Speeding Ticket by Flirting

If you're obvious about flirting, the officer is going to see through your crap and he's going to write you that ticket. Be sure to sue as much body language as possible. If you're a girl puff out your chest. If you're a guy talk with your hands. Smile, let the officer know that you're interested. If not else you can ask the officer if they're having a nice day and try to get some small talk going. It's worked for me before and it can work for you."
