We're up to key number 13, which is the volunteer and the support roles that you really need to run your event. First of all, you're going to need someone to setup your bachelor display area. Again, that's the area where you'll display bullet points or visuals or photos about each different bachelor. You want to have details so that people can learn about the bachelors and their gift packages and decide whom they want to bid on. You might need setting up the tables and hopefully you're venue and staff of the bar or restaurant or night club will help you with this. Remember that the food and bar service will have to be set up so you might need to provide those volunteers, or perhaps the venue will help you. You do need to set up a place for registration and collecting any money from your guests. You probably want to setup a check point for your bachelors to check in as well. Next, you'll need an MC or an auctioneer. As I mentioned earlier, I'm going to recommend that you get a licensed professional fundraising auctioneer who has experience doing bachelor auctions. This is quiet a knitch and it does take a particular talent. However, you can use a DJ, a newscaster, or a local celebrity, and they'll be able to entertain your group as well. Next, you'll need a team to collect payments, which we'll cover in a future segment and you do want someone who'll introduce the bachelors to the highest bidder and make sure to be that liaison for them if they're any questions. Finally, if you have any other drawings like a drawing for chants or some other fundraiser that's happening, a silent auction, you'll need the staff for that as well. Those volunteers and support roles will help you to have a successful and fun bachelor auction.
